When do football tickets go on sale at Europe's big clubs?

29 October 2026, updated 2 November 2026

The hardest part of a football trip is often timing. Book flights too early and the game sells out to members. Wait too long and the flights double in price.

Most clubs follow the same pattern. Season ticket holders and members buy first. Then general sale opens to everyone, if anything is left.

Typical windows from recent sales. Big games often open earlier or sell out to members.

How to use this

Long windows (a month or more, like Juventus, Inter, Dortmund or Feyenoord) mean you can buy tickets before booking anything else.
Short windows (under two weeks, like Rangers, Lazio or Benfica) mean you may need to book travel first. Choose flights you can change, or pick a game that rarely sells out.
Big games open earlier and sell out faster. Derbies and Champions League nights often go to members only.

Kick-off times usually get confirmed around the same time sales open, because both wait for TV picks.

The app can remind you the day a club's general sale opens for the game you want.
