Rayo were suspended from Vallecas by the Community of Madrid on 28 July 2026 and played early home games at Butarque. El Desmarque reports the suspension was lifted on the evening of Monday 14 September, too late to move the 15 September Espanyol game from Butarque. The first Vallecas game, v Athletic on 10 October, was abandoned after objects were thrown from the stands. The Community says Rayo will stay in Vallecas; the venue for later home games was not confirmed on an official page, so check before you book.
Price checked on the club's ticket page for Rayo Vallecano v Elche, 2026-10-24 on 25 October 2026.
Buying a ticket, step by step
When tickets go on sale: Official club price graphic lists box-office hours (Thu 22 16:30-20:30, Fri 23 11:00-20:00, match day 11:00 to kick-off); no online general-sale opening date published.
Membership: Socio (priority). It gets you in before general sale, but you don't need it.
- Open rayovallecano.es and look for the news item 'Informacion de las entradas' for the match you want.
- Read the post for the venue first, because Rayo have used both Vallecas and Butarque this season.
- Follow the link in the post to the club's online sale, choose your seats and pay by card.
- Keep the digital ticket on your phone; members get priority and the window for the general public can be short.
- Check the club's channels for the latest venue news before travelling.
Tips
- Home games at Vallecas are in a ground with about 14,700 seats, so demand for bigger visitors outstrips supply.
- Resale sites list high prices (for example from EUR 140 for Athletic); do not use them as a guide to face value.
