The plan

1. Fri 6 Nov: fly outLondon to Madrid Barajas, typical return £44–£86. Budget room about £39 a night.
2. Sat 7 Nov: match dayKick-off 18:30 local time at Estadio Municipal de Butarque. From central Madrid take Cercanías C5 to Leganés (about 25 minutes from Atocha), then bus or a taxi of about 10 minutes to Butarque; the ground is a short walk from the Metrosur Line 12 stops on the Leganés ring. Check the exact stop in Google Maps on the day.
3. Sun 8 Nov: fly home

Tickets

Easy to get tickets. Usually from £17. Online sale normally opens about a week before the match after season-ticket holders. Not verified for 2026-27.

1. Open the ticket page at cdleganes.entradas.com and pick the home match you want.
2. Choose a stand and seats on the map, then register or log in.
3. Pay by card and download the e-ticket to your phone.
4. Alternatively buy from the box office at Butarque on matchday; it opens about two hours before kick-off.
5. Show the QR code at the turnstile for your stand.

Make a weekend of it

• Walk the Plaza Mayor and have churros at Chocolateria San Gines nearby.
• Spend an hour in El Retiro park and the Crystal Palace.
• Eat tapas around Mercado de San Miguel and the La Latina streets.
