How to buy Venezia FC tickets

A small 11,150-seat ground, so big matches sell out to season-ticket and Supporters Card phases; a general-sale phase follows at full price.
Buying a ticket, step by step
When tickets go on sale: Three phases, e.g. for Venezia v Napoli: season-ticket holders from 5 Oct, Supporters Card holders from 9 Oct, general sale at 15:00 on Friday 16 Oct, the day before a Saturday game.
Membership: Venezia FC Supporters Card. It gets you in before general sale, but you don't need it. It costs about €15.
- Open en.veneziafc.it and find the news item 'Serie A ticket sales for Venezia - [opponent]' for your match; it lists the three phases.
- Wait for phase 3 (general sale, full price), or buy a Supporters Card first if you want the discount in phase 2.
- Go to veneziafc.vivaticket.it and create an account; the club limits purchases to four tickets per account.
- Choose a sector and enter each holder's name; pay by card.
- Presale tickets include a round-trip water service to Sant'Elena via special ACTV boats, read the ticket text.
- Bring your passport to the Penzo.
Tips
- The Supporters Card is about EUR 15, but verify the current price; it has to be issued by a cut-off date to count in phase 2.
- Club shops in Venice (Via SS Apostoli) and Mestre sell tickets and cards.
