Second-tier home games rarely sell out and the club sells single tickets online and at the stadium box office. Only big fixtures need planning ahead.

Buying a ticket, step by step

When tickets go on sale: Single-match sale opens after the season-ticket window, usually about a week before kick-off. Not verified for 2026-27.

  1. Open udlaspalmas.es/entradas and find the next home match in the list.
  2. Pick the match, choose a stand and the number of seats, then create or log in to an account.
  3. Pay by card and download the e-ticket to your phone or Apple Wallet.
  4. If the online page shows no stock, go to the ticket windows at the Estadio de Gran Canaria on matchday; they open a few hours before kick-off.
  5. Take your phone with the QR code to the gate shown on the ticket.
