Every visitor, including children, needs their own identified Telstar account (Mijn ID) so the ticket can be scanned at the entrance. The ground is small, so big games sell out.

Buying a ticket, step by step
When tickets go on sale: Members' presale then general sale: for PEC Zwolle (21 Nov) 2 Nov and 5 Nov 12:00; for Utrecht (1 Nov) 19 Oct and 22 Oct, so general sale opens about 10 to 16 days before.
Membership: Supporters association (supportersvereniging) membership. It gets you in before general sale, but you don't need it.
- Open tickets.sctelstar.nl, the official ticket shop, or the Koop jouw kaarten nu button on sctelstar.nl.
- Create an account with your real name and complete identification under Mijn ID.
- Read the Informatie kaartverkoop article for your match to find the presale and general sale times.
- Choose a stand and pay online.
- Download the TicketTrigger app and link your account so the ticket scans at the entrance.

- If you travel with friends, link accounts in advance under Familie/vrienden koppelen in the shop.
