Demand rose sharply after recent titles; FGG 2024 said easy, but treat as harder now. Tickets sold via TicketOne, nominative.

Buying a ticket, step by step

When tickets go on sale: Season-ticket holders first, then fidelity card holders, then free sale; website sales usually open about a week before the match (e.g. 15:00 on a Monday).

Membership: Fan Stadium Card / fidelity card (optional, cheaper price tier). It gets you in before general sale, but you don't need it. It costs about €20.

  1. Go to sscnapoli.ticketone.it and create a TicketOne account (the club also sells through its site, official outlets and the fan shop on Corso Garibaldi).
  2. Pick the home match; if a card-holder phase is running you will see the fidelity-price tier, otherwise use the free-sale (no card) listing.
  3. Choose a sector on the map: Curve Inferiori/Superiori are cheapest, Distinti mid-range, Tribuna Posillipo/Nisida most expensive.
  4. Enter the holder name for each ticket (max 4 per user, no transfers).
  5. Choose delivery: PDF to print at home (no card needed) or load onto a Fan Stadium Card.
  6. Take passport or ID to the stadium; names are checked.
