How to buy Real Sociedad tickets

High member base and the ground is being expanded after works at Anoeta. A non-member route and sale phases were not confirmed on an official page.
Buying a ticket, step by step
When tickets go on sale: Not confirmed. The kick-off time is set 3-4 weeks ahead; sale phases are not published on the pages we could read.
Membership: Socio (priority). It gets you in before general sale, but you don't need it.
- Open ticketing.realsociedad.eus, the club's official ticket portal, and pick the home match.
- Choose your section and number of seats; the portal sells general, hospitality, women's team and Sanse tickets.
- Pay by card and check the details first, because the club says tickets cannot be resold, exchanged or refunded.
- Keep the digital ticket on your phone for the gate; gates open about one hour before kick-off.
- If tickets are still available on matchday, the Anoeta ticket office opens two hours before kick-off.
Tips
- Third-party agents list Real Sociedad games at about USD 48 (Levante) to USD 320+ (Real Madrid); these are resale or agent prices, not face value.
- The club discourages resale platforms, so buy through ticketing.realsociedad.eus where possible.

Direct flights to San Sebastián are rare: fly to Bilbao and take the bus.
Getting there
From the airport
- Bilbao airport (BIO) to Donostia / San Sebastian: PESA direct coach, 80 minutes, about €15. Coach stop is by the airport main hall; buy from the driver; roughly hourly from about 07:45 to 23:45, fares quoted EUR 13 to 20 across guides, so check pesa.net.
- Or Bilbao airport (BIO) to Bilbao Intermodal: Bizkaibus A3247, 30 minutes, about €4.5. Pay the driver by bank card; then take an Alsa coach from Intermodal to Donostia (about EUR 8 to 13, one hour plus).
- Or Bilbao airport (BIO) to Donostia / San Sebastian: Taxi, 75 minutes, about €193. Spain.info lists about EUR 185 to 201, so only worth it for groups.
On match day
- Reale Arena is in the Anoeta district, a short bus or taxi ride from the old town.
- If you fly to San Sebastian's own airport the E21 bus to Gipuzkoa Plaza is about EUR 3 and 25 minutes, but flights are few.
- Last coaches from Bilbao run late evening; book return times before you travel.
Make a weekend of it
- Walk La Concha promenade and the beach.
- Have pintxos crawling the Parte Vieja.
- Ride the funicular up Monte Igueldo for the view.
