Single tickets are on sale around two weeks before each home match through Roboticket. Top matches (Club Brugge, Anderlecht, Antwerp, Standard) need quick booking; each account can buy up to four tickets.

Buying a ticket, step by step

When tickets go on sale: Roughly two weeks before each home match; a Koop tickets button next to the fixture shows sale is open.

Membership: None needed for single tickets (club account required). It gets you in before general sale, but you don't need it.

  1. Go to tickets.krcgenk.be and create a Mijn KRC Genk account online; you can also do this in person at the ticket shop with an ID card.
  2. Complete the Pro League identity check; UK visitors use Onfido with a passport or driving licence.
  3. Watch the match calendar on krcgenk.be: when Koop tickets appears for your game, click it.
  4. Enter name, first name and date of birth for each holder, up to four tickets per account.
  5. Choose your stand and pay online.
