For many home games a PSV Club Card is needed, and PSV says people who cannot use the Dutch iDIN bank check cannot get one, so most UK fans cannot buy direct.

Buying a ticket, step by step

When tickets go on sale: Priority groups first (Mijn PSV+ members and the PSV FANclub), then Club Card holders; per-match dates are not published on the ticket info pages.

Membership: PSV Club Card (free, but only issued after an iDIN bank verification, which needs a Dutch bank). You'll need it for most games.

  1. Go to psv.nl/tickets, which sends you to ticketshop.psv.nl; check the match first, as for many home games you must log in with a PSV Club Card.
  2. Read the PSV 'Club Card' page under Ticketinfo: the card is free, but you must first verify your account through iDIN with a Dutch bank, and PSV states that people who cannot use iDIN cannot apply.
  3. If you have a Dutch bank account, log in, verify through iDIN, apply for the Club Card and buy up to the per-card limit (for example 2 tickets).
  4. If you do not, email ticketoffice@psv.nl and ask about a matchday package for visitors from abroad, as reported by a Goal.com guide.
  5. A third-party travel seller such as Groundhopper Guides or P1 Travel is the other route; these cost more than face value.
  6. Keep the e-ticket on your phone.
