Single tickets go through the club's own ticket shop with a Roboticket-based checkout. Matches against Club Brugge, Anderlecht and Antwerp sell out, but most other games have seats.
Buying a ticket, step by step
When tickets go on sale: Sale dates per match are listed under Overzicht verkoop in the Ticketinfo menu; no general lead time confirmed.
Membership: None needed for single tickets (club account required). It gets you in before general sale, but you don't need it.
- Go to tickets.kaagent.be, linked as Tickets on kaagent.be, and open the Ticketinfo menu to see the sales overview for your match.
- Press Bestel tickets to reach the shop at kaag.roboticket.com.
- Create an account and complete the identity check: UK visitors choose Onfido with a passport or driving licence.
- Choose seats on the plan and enter the holder for each ticket.
- Pay online; you can also buy at the Loket box office at the Ghelamco Arena.
Tips

- The support centre at support.kaagent.be has ticketing help in English, French and Dutch.
- Do the identity check as soon as you register, because tickets cannot be downloaded until it is complete.
