Season ticket holders take most of Tynecastle. Remaining seats go to general sale, with limits for Rangers, Celtic and Hibs games.

Buying a ticket, step by step

When tickets go on sale: Season ticket holders and loyalty points holders first, then general sale at 10am on a date announced on the club news page.

Membership: Hearts loyalty points matter for big games; account needed. It gets you in before general sale, but you don't need it.

  1. Open heartsfc.co.uk and find the Hearts eTickets site from the Tickets menu.
  2. Create a Hearts eTickets account and log in.
  3. Check the match notice on the news page to see whether the game is open to general sale or limited to season ticket holders or loyalty points.
  4. Pick seats on the stadium map. The Gorgie Stand and Wheatfield Stand hold the loudest home fans; the Roseburn Stand is mostly season tickets.
  5. Buy up to the per-account limit and pay by card; tickets are usually digital only.
  6. If there is nothing online, the Ticket Office in the Main Stand clubstore is open 9am to 5pm Tuesday to Saturday, tickets@homplc.co.uk.
