Buying a ticket, step by step

When tickets go on sale: Members have priority purchase rights; sales are announced per match with a random queue via ticket-onlineshop.com, and last season there were no free sales to non-members at home games.

Membership: FC St. Pauli membership. You'll need it for most games.

  1. Open the home-match shop at ticket-onlineshop.com/ols/fcstpauli-heim/en and register an account.
  2. Watch fcstpauli.com and the club's social media for the next sale date; sales happen about 6 or 7 times a season after the DFL sets fixtures.
  3. Buy online at sale time, by phone (+49 1806 997719) or at the Kartencenter at the ground; tickets are normally offered to members first.
  4. If sold out, use the official resale market inside the shop, which usually runs until the day before the game and sometimes on matchday.
  5. Take the ticket on your phone to the Millerntor-Stadion.
