Member presale comes first (first come, first served, mobile tickets only); a free sale opens the next day for leftovers, but many fixtures sell out in the presale.

Buying a ticket, step by step

When tickets go on sale: 2026-27 pattern: member presale at 10:00, free sale for remaining tickets the following day at 10:00 (e.g. Augsburg/Freiburg/Koln: members 29 July, free sale 30 July; Bremen/Schalke: members 12 Aug, free sale 13 Aug). Some fixtures, such as Bayern, had no free-sale date announced.

Membership: Eintracht membership. It gets you in before general sale, but you don't need it.

  1. Create an Eintracht account at tickets.eintracht.de.
  2. Check the sale dates on eintracht.de for your home match; note the member-presale start (10:00) and the free-sale start the next day at 10:00.
  3. Be logged in at the free-sale time and pick seats; members are capped at 2-4 tickets per match, so expect lower availability for non-members.
  4. Pay online; tickets are mobile only (club app wallet), no print or postal tickets.
  5. If sold out, check the official ticket exchange in the shop in match week.
