Members and season-ticket holders get priority and the ground sells out for most Bundesliga games. Membership does not guarantee a ticket. The official resale (Ticketbörse) is the legitimate route for returns.

Price checked on the club's ticket page for Gladbach v Mainz, 2026-09-19 (floor prices quoted by the club in a news post) on 25 October 2026.

Buying a ticket, step by step

When tickets go on sale: Home day tickets are sold to the public in the official online shop (ticket.borussia.de); exact public and member sale start dates for home games not confirmed.

  2. Register for an online account on the club ticket shop.
  3. If you are not a member, wait for the free-sale phase and log in at the start time, as demand is high.
