Members buy first and only some fixtures reach general sale (about 24 hours after the early-bird start, North Stand excluded). Limits of 2 or 4 tickets per match.

Price checked on the club's ticket page for Leverkusen v SC Paderborn 07, 2026-11-21 (price category B; standing/Kat VI 17, Kat V 36, Kat IV 45, Kat III 55, Kat II 60, Kat I 65) on 25 October 2026.

Buying a ticket, step by step

When tickets go on sale: Members and season-ticket holders buy first (Stuttgart home game: member sale opened 29 Sep 12:00 for the 31 Oct match); some matches such as Paderborn are then in free sale, with the online waiting room at 11:30 and the shop at 12:00.

Membership: Bayer 04 club membership (priority tiers by length of membership). It gets you in before general sale, but you don't need it.

  1. Register a Bayer 04 account in the online ticket shop linked from bayer04.de (Tickets, home games) and sign up to the Bayer 04 newsletter, which announces sale dates.
  2. Open the home-games ticket overview page (Ticket-Ueberblick) and check each fixture: members/season-ticket early bird, or 'freier Verkauf' (general sale).
  3. At sale time join the online waiting room (opens 11:30, sales 12:00 CEST) and pick seats; South and East/West blocks are open, the North Stand is members-only in general-sale phases.
  4. Respect the cap: 4 tickets per match for most games, 2 for Stuttgart, Gladbach, Frankfurt, Schalke, Dortmund, Bremen, HSV and Bayern.
  5. Pay by direct debit, credit card or PayPal; tickets sit in the Bayer 04 app under 'My account' and can be forwarded or added to a phone wallet.
  6. If the match is sold out, watch the official Ticket-Boerse (exchange) in the same shop in the days before kick-off.
