Buying a ticket, step by step

When tickets go on sale: Home-section sale opened 12:00 CEST on 25 Sept 2025 for a 5 Oct match (about 10 days before); check each match notice.

Membership: InViola Premium Card (needed by Italian residents; foreigners living abroad exempt except for Curva Ferrovia). It gets you in before general sale, but you don't need it.

  1. Open acffiorentina.com/en and find the ticket information notice for the match; online sales redirect to Vivaticket.
  2. Register a free account on the club portal / Vivaticket.
  3. Read the notice: foreign nationals living abroad can buy home sections without an InViola card, except Curva Ferrovia, via Fiorentina Point (fiorentinapoint@acffiorentina.it).
  4. Email Fiorentina Point with the names and passport details if the site asks for a card.
  5. Choose a sector (Maratona around 80 EUR, uncovered) and pay.
  6. If collecting at the stadium or a ticket office, bring ID.
