Buying a ticket, step by step

When tickets go on sale: For every home game the club sets its own presale date, exclusive to members, announced on official club channels; max two tickets per member per Bundesliga home game.

Membership: FC membership. You'll need it for most games.

  1. Create an FC account at fc.de and join the club as a member; non-members have no general sale on the pages we found.
  2. Check fc.de/service/stadionerlebnis/heimspiele for the sale dates of your home match (early-bird, 20+, member and U25 phases).
  3. Log in to the FC Ticketshop at sale time, usually 10:00, and buy up to two tickets.
  4. Choose the free digital day ticket; it appears under Meine Tickets and can go into your phone wallet.
  5. If the game is sold out, look for listings marked Ticketboerse in the shop (15 percent service fee), which also requires membership.
